If people actually read the countless other threads about stability you'd realise you can put in a Support Ticket and request a refund/addition to your rental time & they will decide on a case by case basis.
Treyarch have screwed GS over on this with not getting fixes done asap and prioritising server stability but now GS have supplied the relevant crash data it's upto to Treyarch to fix asap.
Cut GS some slack, they're stuck in the middle here & getting hampered by Treyarchs balls up with server coding.

I have asked for extension and reimbursement and have been offered NO such reply that it will be decided upon case by case, and whats more what the hell has happened to the customer is always right.
If I'm a baker and bake a batch of cakes and it turns out the flour used is bad and it makes my customers ill, I don't direct the customers to the flour supplier it would be my duty as the baker to reimburse. I would then have to pursue the flour supplier but the buck stops at gameservers at this moment in time we are their customers NOT Treyarchs.
You really need to take a break from the game pal.
Being a dick about it gets you nowhere & trust me, I run 2 servers and have multiple crashes each day but *censored* happens & you gotta deal with it.
So as a counter to your baker analogy, if you buy a car from a showroom & it breaks you contact the seller, who will try to fix it, it they can't and it's a manufacturing issue, who do you think they rely on to sort it?
OH yeah, the manufacturer & in this case that's Treyarch.
So you can fit any analogy to suit your own personal opinion.
I don't need a break from it as I'm not playing the game lol. I do however run 4 servers and am fed up with people supporting GS who obviously don't really care about their customers. I have NEVER had such poor customer support as I have experienced here with GS and I have been running game servers from various providers for the last 12 years.
and about your ANALogy the garage would REIMBURSE you or at least give you a replacement vehicle whilst you await repair. If you think GS are fantastic start another thread, I'm sure there are more GS customers that are completely dissatisfied with GS and Black Ops server provision than there are happy happy smiley customers. PMSL that you are so pro GS do you work for them lol
You are of course entitled to your opinion which we have already seen, but no doubt you will have to come back with something more as like my children they always have to have the last word......go on prove me wrong
